have discussed about the multiple source of energy providers and enhancers of
energy levels to be active throughout the day. The factors that contribute
positively towards gaining optimal energy in order to efficiently carry out the
day to day activities are: sleep, sunlight, movements, wholefoods, hydration, nature and fresh air.
Today we will check about one more
important factor about which we need to give our full attention so as to get the
boost in our energy levels is DECLUTTERING.
It is to remove things you do not need from a
place, in order to make it more pleasant and more useful.
Decluttering, or getting rid of the mess, will bring
about an immediate energy shift. Your space will feel lighter and calmer. The positive chi or good
energy will flow, making you more energetic and enthusiastic about doing your
work. You will also find it easier to relax at the end of every day.
Clutter and objects that you dislike can cause a buildup of stagnant
energy in your living space. This will cause you to feel uninspired and
drained. Conversely, a clear space allows energy to circulate freely, creating a calm environment
in which you can flourish.
Letting our mind go a little as we organize our
clutter can help us relax mentally while our body is staying active. The combination of the two
can boost our mood because we feel less stressed about what once was clutter,
