At the start
of the day we pray and love to be active and energetic for the rest of the day.
One of the essential for that is a good night’s sleep about which we dealt in
yesterday’s blogpost. After we wake up, the first thing to do as suggested by Ruskin Bond is to make our bed.
Next to it,
welcome the SUN by letting in the Sunlight throw your windows. Open all the windows
and let the sunrays come inside your home. IF front yard and backyard of your
home as any open space then open those doors also.
Allowing the sunlight
into your home as the first thing in the morning will be a good sign of
strength and energy. - Especially the sunlight in the hours of 7 am to 9 am.
The Human body requires natural sunlight to produce sufficient amounts
of vitamin D in order to maintain strong bones. Experts believe that exposure to early morning
sunlight (from 7am to 9 am) for 10 to 15 minutes not only helps in boosting the
levels of Vitamin D in the body but also benefits the Immune system. This is a universally known
fact.
Morning is considered to be the best time for sun exposure. Sitting in the sun during
morning hours for 10-20 minutes is considered sufficient.
Anyhow make sun your first friend of the day and never miss a chance to
be with him and feel energetic throughout the day.
