We all love
to be super energetic throughout the day to complete all the designed tasks and
have some free time in hand just to relax in our own way.
The two major
aspects that supports us to be energetic are sleep and sunlight which we
discussed earlier.
Next to it,
MOVEMENTS are the ones that supply us with abundant energy to carry out the
works.
Though you
may be not in a position to do regular vigorous exercise every day and hitting the
gym is out of imagination, but you need to simply do certain movements at home
itself as part of your routine activities in order to gain some energy.
Walk or jog in place, do yoga or lift weights, or walk on the treadmill
while you watch your must-see TV shows. Ditch the car. Spare yourself the parking stress and log some more
active time by parking farther away (or even leaving the car at home) and
walking or biking to your destination. Take the stairs.
So physical activity such as moving about the house, doing some
stretches or going for a walk helps your body to maintain good joint and muscle
mobility and strength, improve circulation, promote bone, ligament and tendon
strength, and help prevent major diseases.
Thus Movement improves
circulation, regulates digestion, increases flexibility, improves joint health,
helps regulate your weight, improves your sleep, improves productivity and
creativity, reduces stress, increases mental clarity, improves focus and
concentration and makes you an all-around happier person.
It's the movement that gives us healthy joints, strong bones, physical
strength, good circulation; including cardiovascular circulation, good
coordination and reflex reactivity; improved learning skills and concentration,
and mental well-being.
Regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do
for your health. Being physically active can improve your brain health,
help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles,
and improve your ability to do everyday activities.
Exercise actually improves your body's usage of nutrients so you get
more energy from them. Throw movement into the mix to get your edge back. Your brain loves it
when you move, so it's designed a built-in reward. It floods your body with
neurochemicals that make you feel on top of the world.
Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your
endurance. Exercise sends oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your
cardiovascular system work more efficiently. And when your heart and lung
health improve, you have more energy to tackle daily chores.
Finally Movement is a fundamental aspect of life. It affects everything from circulation to digestion to metabolism to
immunity. The body contributes far more to our lives than just physical
attributes such as strength and endurance – it plays a major role in emotions,
learning, and relationships.
Do include
this master of energy – MOVEMENTS in your day and see the gush of energy you
will get to work all the day.
