Energy is
vital to carry out any activity. To get
full energy we need to do certain things apart from eating, drinking and
exercising.
The day
begins when we wake up from the night’s sleep. So having a good night sleep
matters a lot.
For that consistent
sleep patterns is essential.
“Be consistent. Go to bed at the same time each night and get up at the same time each
morning, including on the weekends. Make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark, relaxing, and at a comfortable
temperature. Remove electronic devices, such as TVs, computers, and smart
phones, from the bedroom.” This we all know very well. But how far we are able
to maintain this.
We need to prioritize this in order to have good
amount of energy to carry out the day’s task. As most adults need 7 or more hours of good-quality sleep on
a regular schedule each night. Getting enough sleep isn't only about total
hours of sleep. It's also important to get good-quality sleep on a regular
schedule so you feel rested when you wake up.
Most adults need more than 7 hours per night for optimal well-being. Children and teenagers need even more to
support their development. Teens should sleep 8 to 10 hours per night,
grade-schoolers 9 to 12 hours, and preschoolers 10 to 13 hours.
Getting enough sleep from a regular sleep schedule can make it easier for you to
cope with daily stress and less likely to be impacted by minor negative things
that can come up. Other positive benefits of a regular sleep schedule include alertness,
health and safety behaviors, and improved heart health.
A regular sleep routine is essential for good sleep quality and maintaining your body's internal
clock. Make gradual, consistent
adjustments to your sleep routine and align your schedule as closely with day
and night as you can.
It can make getting a good night's sleep on a regular basis seem like a
dream. But sleep is as important for good health as diet and exercise. Good
sleep improves your brain performance, mood, and health. Not getting enough
quality sleep regularly raises the risk of many diseases and disorders.
Having a regular sleep schedule can positively affect key areas in
your life including your mental and physical health as well as performance. Getting enough sleep from a
regular sleep schedule can make it easier for you to cope with daily stress and
less likely to be impacted by minor negative things that can come up.
Throughout the night, your heart rate, breathing rate and blood pressure
rise and fall, a process that may be important for cardiovascular health. Your body releases hormones
during sleep that help repair cells and control the body's use of energy. These hormone changes can
affect your body weight.
However, for most adults, 7–9 hours per night is the ideal amount. Pay attention to how you feel during the day
to determine whether you're getting the right amount for you. If you're
sleeping enough, you should feel awake and energized during the day.
So do consider to prioritize consistent sleep pattern to be fully energized whole day.
