1. Prepare vegetables like potatoes, beans, cabbage and carrots. Blanch tomatoes. Slice onions
2. Fry onions, add chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric and add vegetables, salt and water to cook.
3. When vegetables are half done. Add tomatoes and pomegranate seeds.
4. Cook till vegetables are tender and gravy is thick.
5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
