5 POINTS ON MIXED VEGETABLE BHUJJIA





 1. Wash and prepare potatoes, cabbage, peas, tomatoes & onions

2. Heat Fat.   Fry ginger, garlic& cumin. Add vegetables and salt &turmeric. Sauté and mix well.

3. Cover the pan with a well fitted lid.

4.  Cook gently shaking the pan frequently to prevent burning. Add water if necessary. Cook till all vegetables are properly cooked.

5. Add mango powder or pomegranate seeds or lime juice and remove.
