To be a successful freelancer, the need to maintain the cycle of pitching, chasing, researching, writing, invoicing and then pitching again, is utmost essential. with many rejections to stay motivated becomes very challenging. But its important to keep the phase going; the more you pitch, the more work you get.
* When you feel low, It is important to take time off to recharge and recoup. Then go back stronger.
* When you are rejected by an editor, try to work on the pitch &send it to an another Editor, may be they like it.
* If they send you a rewrite request, work on it and try to learn from it as far as possible.
* Work with confidence, you can turn your failures also.
* Mostly Persistent writers are more successful than best writers. so, keep writing & enjoy the freedom of working on your own terms.
