12 POINTS ON MISSI ROTI







1.    Sift together refined flour and gram flour.

2.    Wash spinach well. Drain and chop finely.

3.    Peel and chop onion finely.

4.    Add chopped ingredients to the sifted flour

5.    Add salt and water

6.    Knead to a stiff dough

7.    Divide into even portions

8.    Roll out each portion thinly to oval shape

9.    Apply melted fat. Sprinkle flour .fold into two.

10.   Roll tightly length wise and then breadth wise

11.   Press and roll using a little melted fat.

12. Bake dry on a griddle. When both sides are baked, smear a tea spoon of fat on the top of the surface. Turn -over, press down air pockets. Turn over once more and fry for a minute or two longer.
