1. Carla Riehl is a writer, motivational
speaker and a singer. She has won three Clio awards and an Emmy for singing in
TV and radio Commercials.
2. Her message to today’s youth is very
simple and explicit. She inspires them to “take off on their strengths,
relegate their weaknesses and to be the best that they were created to be.”
3. The Story “YOU DID GOOD” is a
selection from the book “Chicken soup for the soul”. This book consists of 101
short stories written by different Authors and edited by Amy New Mark. All
stories in this book deal with the special relationship between the fathers and
daughters. “You did Good” is a story by Carla Riehl about her father.
4. To her, her father and was a true
visionary. She adores him and considered him her hero, who inspired and
motivated her to dream big. She proudly acknowledges the fact that she was
indeed groomed by her father and attributed her success to his towering
presence in her life.
5. The story is a poignant depiction of
how important it is to express one’s love and how very essential it is to be
loving and kind to one’s near and dear ones.
