WHY WATER IS THE BEST DRINK?

Water is vital to our health. It plays a key role in many of our body's functions, including bringing nutrients to cells, getting rid of wastes, protecting joints and organs, and maintaining body temperature. Water should almost always be your go-to beverage.

Getting enough water every day is important for health. Drinking water can prevent dehydration, which may cause unclear thinking, mood change, overheating, constipation, and kidney stones. Water has no calories, so replacing sugary drinks with plain water can help reduce caloric intake.

It is good for the body - keeps joints, bones, and teeth healthy, helps the blood circulate, and can help kids maintain a healthy weight into adulthood. Being well-hydrated improves mood, memory, and attention in children. And it's economical – tap water is much less expensive than sports drinks, sodas, and juice.

Drinking water helps to flush out toxins and keep skin looking fresh and radiant. Carrying a water bottle with you can help you stay hydrated and a healthy skin from the inside out. Promotes sustainability: By carrying a reusable water bottle, you are helping to reduce plastic waste and promote sustainability.

Staying well-hydrated is vitally important to health. The human body is 60% percent water, and even the slightest bit of dehydration impacts how you feel. Carrying a reusable water bottle with you will encourage you to drink more water throughout the day.

A travel bottle for water or other beverages is an easy way to ensure you get enough liquids. Drinking eight ounces of water per hour of activity is a good rule of thumb, but if you are thirsty often, carrying a water bottle with you will help you stay hydrated.

People who carry reusable water bottles are more likely to stay hydrated. Staying hydrated can elevate your cognitive and physical health by improving your focus and digestion, minimising headaches, clearing your skin, speeding up muscle recovery, and more.

Proper hydration is important to keep your body healthy. Most reusable bottles are larger than the standard single-use plastic bottles. By keeping a reusable bottle with you, you have the convenience and volume to drink more water in a day

Lightweight and BPA-Free.

Thus, it is essential that you carry a water bottle wherever you go, whenever you go, so that lack of water isn't the reason you fall sick or don't feel well.

Being dehydrated can make you feel sluggish and tired, even when you're getting plenty of sleep. It can also lead to headaches and crankiness. This is why so many people carry a water bottle with them wherever they go — and it's why many more should.

Drinking water, whether from a tap or a bottle, is the best source of fluid for the body. Milk and juices are also good sources of fluid, but beverages containing alcohol and caffeine, such as soft drinks, coffee, and beer, are not ideal because they often contain empty calories.

Three things to mind when you drink water:

Drinking water in the correct way and temperature is essential. Warm or hot water actually has the ability to absorb deeper into your tissues. Warm water cleanses and detoxes your body better than cold or normal water.

Feeling thirsty is a sign that the body is dehydrated. Drink water before you feel thirsty. You should drink a small amount of water many times a day, and drink 100-200ml of water every time. Drink one glass of water in the morning and evening respectively, and drink water every 1-2 hours for the rest of the day.

Remember not to drink too soon before or after a meal as the water will dilute the digestive juices. Drink water an hour after the meal to allow the body to absorb the nutrients.

So, drink water gradually, throughout the day. An easy way to do this is to have a drink at each meal, as well as socially, or with medicines. Slice cucumbers and add to water for a fresh, clean taste. Enhance water with fresh mint leaves, basil, ginger, rosemary, or cilantro. Drink sparkling water if you prefer some fizz. It's still calorie-free but is thirst-quenching and provides a welcome change from flat water.
