SPRING IS ON ITS WAY

Spring is in the air” means the season of Spring has started or will start soon. It is marked by nicer weather, birds chirping and flowers blooming.

Spring is the season of renewal, growth, and new beginnings. It's a time when the world awakens from its winter slumber, and nature comes alive with color, sound, and energy. From the first bloom of a flower to the return of migratory birds, spring is a season of beauty and wonder.

It is the season of sheer joy and happiness, as it is a time of new beginnings for plants and trees. During spring, the sunshine is plentiful, and plants turn green. It's also a time when many animals come out of winter hibernation.

These are the welcome signs of spring:

Chirping of birds :   Birds chirp to indicate danger, warning and communication. Both male and female birds can chirp. The singing of birds is quite sweet and agreeable, often with a melodious tone. In most case, male birds will sing in mating seasons.

Most birds start chirping about 1 hour before sunrise. Depending on the season, this means that birds start chirping between 4 to 6 am. And despite the early hour, their singing is louder and more frequent than at any other time of day. This is actually why birds' morning songs are known as the dawn chorus!

The Koel (Eudynamys scolopaceus) is a bird native to the Indian subcontinent and Southeast Asia. - It is well-known for its melodious and sweet-sounding song. - The male Koel has a distinct call that is often associated with the arrival of spring in many cultures.

Picnics and gardening: With moderate temperatures and fresh air, it's the ideal time to take a walk or go for a run. The weather is not too hot or too cold, making it a comfortable season to spend time outside. Additionally, the mild temperatures of spring provide the perfect opportunity for an outdoor picnic and gardening.

Hiking : Hiking in spring is an excellent change of pace after a long winter trapped inside by snow and cold temperatures. But spring isn't all warm sunshine and colorful flowers.  Be aware of the conditions in the area where you will be hiking. Spring can bring unpredictable weather, so it is important to check the forecast before you go.

Plants and trees bloom  : Spring season brings back the enthusiasm and happiness and everyone feels so excited for this season after facing intense cold breezes for months. Everything gets a new life on Earth and looks so refreshing. The hemisphere gets warm due to which new flowers also start to bloom everywhere.

Longer days : Because it is when the gloomy snow melts and the days become longer. It's such a refreshing feeling to go outside and feel warm air instead of frigid air.

Spring produce : Spring is such a bountiful season it's hard to choose just a few! Some  vegetables that are ripe for the harvest in springtime include asparagus, broccoli, celery, radishes, rhubarb, turnips, garlic, and many herbs and spices.

Farmer markets : By the first day of spring, get ready for fresh strawberries, blueberries, and mangoes. And as the season progresses, your choices for what fruits you can buy fresh expand. If a certain type of fruit can be grown locally, farmers' markets and orchards are a great place to get the freshest springtime fruit.

Finally spring will be on with a lot of plants and trees growing to new heights with  bright green leaves appearing on them, bringing new and fresh colors in our life. Flowers are blooming and everyone would be able to feel this amazing smell in the air and enjoy the beauty of their bloom!

The weather in spring is not yet uncomfortably warm, nor is it so chilly that you need to bundle up. Take a long walk, go for a run, or play your favorite outdoor sport — whichever you choose, you'll love doing it outside, where you can enjoy nature and get some fresh air and sunshine.

 Welcome spring!
