6 STEPS TO PREPARE COFFEE ROLLS

   


 1. Sieve refined flour and corn flour together

2. Whisk together egg and sugar to a sponge. Add coffee colour and essence

3. Blend the sieved to the sponge mixture.

4. Arrange for one sheet of roll measuring 30X15''

5. Bake at 440 degree F for seven minutes. 

6. Prepare butter cream and fill it on prepared roll.
