1. Sieve flour, soda bi carbonate and cocoa powder twice.
2. Cream fat and sugar untill light and fluffy
3. Beat eggs untill stiff and gradually beat it into creamed mixture. Add vanilla essence.
4. Fold in the sieved flour lightly and add the milk to get a dropping consistency.
5. Put the batter into a lined cake mould of 18cm diameter
6. Bake at 325 degree Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
