Kind ness is personified with Buddha and King Sibi in mythology. kindness can be cultivated easily and it is contagious too. Being a good listener, honest, happy, positive, helpful and forgiving are the real and practical acts of showing kindness and being kind.
Making these a part of life and it will add a quality impact on health, family and obviously in the society too.
