7 POINTS TO PREPARE SWEET AND DELICIOUS MALPURAS







 1. Sift flour and soda together; mix with semolina

2. Add sugar, lime juice, fat, salt and cardamom powder and water to make a thin batter.

3. Prepare sugar syrup with sugar and water

4. Heat  a little fat in a fry pan

5. Pour  a spoon of mixture, spread it round, pour  a little hot fat around

6. Turn over and fry. Remove excess fat and repeat process 

7. Put fried Malpuras into prepared sugar syrup.
