Pronoun is a substitute for a noun. The types of pronouns are personal, relative, possessive, interrogative, demonstrative, and indefinite.
Personal pronouns denote the entity of a specific grammatical person. (I, ME. WE, YOU, HE SHE, THEY)
Relative pronouns refer back to people or things previously mentioned (People who drink should quit now)
Possessive pronouns are used to indicate possession or ownership (Those pens are mine)
Interrogative pronouns ask which person or thing is meant (who did that?)
Demonstrative pronouns distinguish the objects or people that are referred to from others (I like these)
Indefinite pronouns refer to general categories of things or people (Anyone can go there)
Examples :
1. After reading the newspaper, Raja threw it into the dustbin
2. Give the list of books to me
