5 POINTS ON NATIONAL ANTHEM

 


1.      The song JANA GANA MANA was originally composed in Bengali by the great poet and Nobel Laureate Rabindranath Tagore and it was adopted in its Hindi version in the constituent assembly as the National Anthem of India on January 24th 1950.

2.     The National Anthem underlines the importance of India as a diverse nation.

3.     The National Anthem is significant in uniting people and reminding us that there we stand and remain one under the Indian union.

4.     The National Anthem represents the tradition, history, and beliefs of a nation and its people of India

5. The National Anthem is played or sung on various occasions. On the happy occasion of 75th Independence Day celebration, Ministry of Culture, Government of India has designed a programme “LET US SING THE NATIONAL ANTHEM”   https://rashtragaan.in/ where in all Indians can sing the National Anthem and upload it in the link.
