6 POINTS ON POTATO BONDA



 1. Boil and peel potatoes. Mash.

2. Chop onions, ginger and green chillies finely.

3. Heat oil. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves.

 4. When mustard seeds crackle, add chopped masala, potatoes, turmeric and salt. Add lime juice. Mix well. Remove.

5. Divide into portions.

6. Dip in prepared batter and deep fry.

Batter : Sift together gram flour and salt. Add  water to make smooth batter of medium thickness.
