4 POINTS ON PRESSURE COOKER

 1. A pressure Cooker is used to cook food. It has a pressure valve, weight and seal. With a heat source and  boiling water the food is cooked.

2.Inside a sealed pressure cooker, air pressure  is increased by heating water to produce  steam.

3. The higher pressure  raises both the boiling point of water and the temperature of the steam.

4. With  this,  the food suspended  inside cooks more quickly.
