SEVEN POINTS ON PAPADAMS


                                           Dry Urad Papad, Pack Size (kilogram): 100 Gram And 200 Gram, Rs ...





1.    Soak black gram overnight
2.    Remove skin and dry it in the sun
3.    Grind to powder
4.   Add pepper & asafoetida, mix together &prepare a stiff dough with water
5.    Roll out dough into paper thin rounds
6.    Dry it in the sun and store in air-tight tins
7.    Fry in hot fat when desired.
