Choose nice ripen tomatoes, put them into a
basin, pour boiling water over them and let them remain in it for few minutes.

Then lift them and remove the skin. Put
tomatoes into a bowl, add vinegar, salad oil, powdered chillies, pepper and
salt.

Mash all of them together then, spread this
paste between thin slices of bread and butter.
4.
Press lightly and cut into fingers.
