OATS &SPINACH MASALA BUTTERMILK
INGREDIENTS:
oats- ½ cup
hot water – ¾ cup
ice cold water- 1 cup
blanched spinach- ¼ cup
yoghurt- 1 and ½ cup
Roasted jeera powder – 1 tsp
Rock salt – ¼ tsp
Paprika (Optional) -1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
METHOD:
1. Soak oats in hot water for 2-3 min.
Mix to form a smooth mixture.
2. Put the spinach leaves and soaked
oats in a blender and blend till smooth.
3. Mix in yoghurt, cold water and
spices. Blend for another 30 secs.
4. Garnish with a dash of paprika and
serve immediately.
