Dale Carnegie was born in Missouri, USA in 1888. He found his interest in public speaking and enriched his skill. He began to teach people the art of public speaking and achieved early success. His first book, public speaking and Influencing men of Business, was published in 1913.
Carnegie wrote more than 10 books. He died in 1955, but his legacy lives on in his books, which are still popular today, and the Dale Carnegie Training Institute, which has training offices in over 90 countries world wide

The book HOW TO STOP WORRYING AND START LIVING has got six parts. Each part covers the major issues of human lives. This book delivers a wholesome message to tackle problems with various solutions. Almost at the end of every topic few thought provoking & interesting quotes were shared with the readers.

In the topic How to crowd worry out of your mind, George Bernard shaw’s   words put forth the essences of the message so aptly. I quote: “the secret of being miserable is to have tht leisure to bother about whether you are happy or not.” So don’t bother to think about it! Spit on your hands and get busy. Due to the pandemic world over and lock downs at many places in our country (India), all are having a difficult time. At this juncture, this book comes in handy in providing a big relief for us from many of our worries excluding covid-19, which indirectly will provide optimum strength &positive energy to fight against the pandemic.
