The title may seem odd because
kick start means a positive start. Why not make a positive start?
Here, I talk about things you do
by chance, which will never be a kick start; rather, they will be the opposite.
If you want a kick start, avoid
these. You are supposed not to do the following things at the start of the day.
Hitting snooze: Going back to sleep can make
you groggy and less prepared for the day.
Using
electronic devices: Checking your phone or TV right away can be a time
suck and expose you to harmful rays. Checking emails or
social media before you're ready can make you late for work.
Skipping breakfast: Skipping
breakfast can make you more likely to overeat later in the day.
Alcohol: You should be careful when it comes to any kind of alcoholic beverage
first thing in the morning. if you start
needing a drink as soon as you start the day, it may be a
sign of addiction.
Other than these not brushing your teeth, twisting your body, and not
having a bath all harm you because What you do in the morning can have a big
impact on your whole day, including how you feel, how productive you are,
and how you handle challenges.
So be cautious of
what you do as soon as you wake up.
