TIRUPAARTANPALLI - ONE OF THE FAMOUS 11 TIRUNAANGUR DIVYA DESAMS

  


The Divya kshethram TIRUPAARTANPALLI is located at a distance of 10kms from Sirkazhi in Tamil Nādu and is one of the 11 Tirunaangur Divya desams associated with Tirumangai Azhwar.

The presiding deity is Taamaraiyaalkelvan also called Parathasarathy in a standing posture and the Goddess is Tamarainayaki. The sacred water is Sanga saras and the sanctum sanctorum is Narayana vimanam. There is an utsava moorthi of Lord Rama called Kolavalli Raman with sanku, chakra, bow, and Arrow.
