Sunday is my favourite day of the week because it is
considered a holiday. Among all the seven days, Sunday is the best day. There is no doubt
that Sunday is my favourite day because it is free from stress and I can do
anything I wish. It is a day to do a lot of enjoyment and take rest all-day.
First thing to do is :
Don't set an alarm (if you are able). Not worrying about what time
you have to wake up not only makes you feel more energized and productive on
Sundays, but it makes the day feel more special.
Then:
Take a solo walk, have a bath, listen to a
podcast, go out for coffee, stay in bed and finish your book – do anything
where you can just be
You can also rotate chores, like cleaning out the fridge, every other
week.
Schedule something fun. You don't want to spend your Sundays only on work stuff and chores, so
make sure you also do something you enjoy, like brunch with friends or a
baseball game with your kids.
Whether it's kayaking, riding a bike, playing a game of basketball, or
going to the gym, Sundays offer a great chance for you to get in a bit of
exercise before you head back to the daily grind.
I take some time to myself every Sunday morning
to do my morning routine as usual, but I also tack on a little extra time to
set my goals for the week before bed. I have an awesome goal setting routine that helps me stay focused and
motivated on the things I want to accomplish each month.
Finally it’s your
day and try to use it in the way you
want.
