THE NEED TO IGNORE CERTAIN THINGS FOR A HAPPY YOU

In one of the commentaries  the writer expresses his views on , The art of knowing is knowing what to ignore.” I appreciate the simplicity of this proverb and how it depicts the lens through which we each view life, and what we see or do not see.

Really  it matters a lot. Because the knowledge of what distracts you and steals your time allows you to make quality time for what matters. Doing more high-value work or becoming a better version of yourself means spending less time around people who make you worse.

Instead of paying attention to anything negative or annoying in your environment, try to stop and smell the roses. You might not be able to completely ignore the bad things, but you can retrain your brain to focus more on the good things. Try to do this a few times each day and you'll notice a difference in your mood.
In a certain research ,it is concluded that learning to ignore certain things is a powerful tool for helping people focus.
So, remember the words of "Rumi" and try to ignore certain things for a happy you.
