List-making: Yes! List making is a hobby. Organizing everything into lists is a great way to get all of your thoughts out.
To-do lists serve as a reminder for what you need to accomplish. When we check things off, it's proof that we were able to get stuff done and that makes us feel good.
They reduce anxiety, they give us a little structure to work with, and they help us celebrate what we've achieved, and research shows even just the act of writing things down helps us be more effective at getting things done.
To-do lists offer a way to increase productivity, stopping you from forgetting things, helps prioritise tasks, manage tasks effectively, use time wisely and improve time management as well as workflow.
To-do lists can be great tool giving us a record of everything we've accomplished in a day. The trick is to reframe your to-do list as a set of miniature goals for the day and to think of your checklist items as steps in a plan.
List making is a part of me and naturally I always carry with me pen and paper along with many other things in my bag. This is one of the interesting fact about me.
