1. Sieve flour
2. Add salt and water and make a stiff dough
3. Sprinkle some water over and se aside for at least for an hour.
4. Knead well.
5. Divide into small balls.
6. Roll out using rice flour
7. Bake well on both sides on hot griddle.
8. Task on hot coal. Allow them to puff.
9. Smear with melted fat and serve hot.
