7 STEPS TO PREPARE NANKHATAI







 1. Sieve refined flour, peanut flour, sodium bi carbonate together.

2. Cream fat and sugar

3. Add to creamed mixture and knead well with cardamon & curd.

4. Divide into twenty portions.

5. Form into smooth round balls and place on a greased tray.

6. Rest for 1 to 2 hours.

7. Bake at 120 degrees for above 25 minutes.
