CONSOMME JULIEN- A SOFT SOUPY DISH







1. Cut vegetables- carrot, turnip, leek, celery into very thin strips like match sticks. shred lettuces.

2. cook all the vegetables except lettuces in boiling salted water until tender.

3. Add to boiling consommé immediately before serving.
