4 DIFFERENT STYLES OF PREPARING BANANA

 



Russian style: lid cut off, scooped out, pulp mashed and mixed with souffle mixture flavoured with kummel; refilled in shell, dusted with sugar, baked like a souffle.

Salad of orange : banana and oranges; peeled , cut in oblique rather thick slices, arranged on glass dish alternatively with orange fillets, dusted with powder sugar, flavoured with rum.

With strawberries : split open lengthwise, flesh mashed, mixed with wild strawberries macerated in sugar and curacao, refilled in the skin, chopped pistachios scattered on top

Swedish top: peeled diced macerated with sugar and swedish punch; filled in tartlet, covered with chantilly cream flavoured with swedish punch.
