1. Heat fat. Add mustard seeds, cashew nuts, split black gram and Bengal gram and roast lightly.
2. Do not Stir. Add chopped onions, ginger, green chillies and curry leaves, saute.
3. Add semolina, roast till golden brown. Add boiling water and salt. Allow to cook till dry.
4. Add a dash of lime juice and garnish with chopped coriander leaves
5. Serve hot with or without chutney.
