1. Cook rice and set aside
2. Roast and powder fenugreek & blackgram. Mix it adding along turmeric.
3. Mix it with rice. Add salt and lime juice
4. Heat oil, Fry cashew nuts & peanuts and remove
5. In the same pan, add curry leaves, mustard seeds, asafoetida, bengal gram, red chillies and fry .
6. When brown, remove from fire and add to rice.
7. Mix well , add roasted nuts and serve hot.
