The important caves include:
Near Cherrapunjee : Krem Mawmluh, Krem Phylutt, Soh Shympi, Krem dam
Jaintia hills ; Krem kotsati, krem umshangktat, krem um-lawan, krem lashing krem sweep
South garo hills : siju- dobakkol, dobakkol chibe nala, telengkoi- balwakol, bok bak dobakkol
I landed on your blog via the blogroll on Blogchatter. I was drawn by "Meghalaya" in your post heading.
ReplyDeleteI and family had been to that state some 10 years ago as a part of a trip to the northeast, and came back with a craving to go back. Loved the place, the landscape, the people ...
We had some breathtaking views from the viewpoints. Went to Cherrapunji as well. But due to shortage of time, didn't time to see the caves. Next time!
Make sure not to miss it in your next trip. Do include it in your itinerary
