1. This divya kshetram is 5 kms from Faislabhad railway sation on the Mughalsarai Lucknow route of Uttarpradesh.

2. Tiru Ayodhya is the first among the seven Mukthi kshetrams.

3. The presiding deity is Lord Rama and Goddess Sita and the sacred water is sarayu Nadhi and the sanctum santorum is pushkala vimanam

4. The legend has it that Lord Vishnu took out Ayodhya, part of Vaikuntam (heaven/ God's abode) and presented it to Manu the eldest son of Brahma, who brought it to Bhooloka (Earth) and placed it on the banks of sarayu river.
