5 STYLES TO COOK SEA-KALE

  




    vegetable shoots that grow wild on the western coasts of Europe and are also cultivated for the leaf-stalks which are bleached and forced. Used in salads and prepared like asparagus.

English style: cooked, served with butter sauce or melted butter

Dutch Style : cooked, served with melted butter and boiled potatoes

Milanese Style : cooked,  well drained, arranged in layers, sprinkled with grated Parmesan, Grated Parmesan also on top, covered generously with browned butter

Polish Style : cooked, well drained, covered with bread crumbs browned in a generous amount of butter

Russian style : par boiled, simmered in sour cream, grated horse radish and grated parmesan added to sauce at serving
