6 POINTS ON POMMES A'LA ROYALE




 1. Peel and core apples

2. Cook in vanilla flavoured syrup till tender

3. Prepare a blancmange with corn flour, sugar and milk, flavour with vanilla.

4. Set blancmange and set an apple on each.

5. Coat with red currant jelly

6. Arrange in a circle in a round plate and garnish the center with chopped jelly.
