3 POINTS ON STUFFED TOMATOES





1.    Select good round tomatoes. Slice top, scoop out inside, sprinkle salt and leave to drain upside down.

2.    Dice and boil potatoes, turnip, carrots, peas and onions, mix with mayonnaise and stuff tomatoes. Chill

3.    Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.
