FOUR POINTS ON BISCUITS AU FROMAGE






1.    Cut rounds of cheese pastry to the size of rupee coin
2.    Prick well and bake
3.    Pipe on (cream or grated cheese) to cooled biscuits
4.    Garnish with watercress or with slices of red radish.
