FIVE POINTS ON TOMATO AMBAL






1.    Wash and cut tomatoes into quarters
2.    Heat oil, add mustard seeds
3.    When mustard seeds crackle, add tomatoes
4.    Fry for a minute or two. Add Jaggery, turmeric and salt.
5.  Cover and cook gently till tomatoes are cooked and gravy thickens.
