4 POINTS ON PINEAPPLE SOUFFLE





1.   Cream butter and sugar, beat in the yolks  of eggs, bread crumbs &pineapple pieces
2.   Beat the egg whites till stiff& fold half the mixture
3.   Pour into a greased pyrex dish. Pile remaining egg whites on top.
4.   Bake for 45 minutes in a hot water bath.
