SIX POINTS ON BREAD PUDDING






1.    Butter bread and break into small pieces
2.    Boil milk and pour over bread and set aside for half an hour
3.    Beat eggs well. Add sugar, lime rind and nut meg
4.    Pour over bread. Add sultanas and cashew nuts. Mix well
5.     Pour into greased mould. Cover with grease proof paper and stream till set
6.    Serve hot with lemon juice.
