FIVE POINTS ON TEA CAKE





1.    Soften butter with vanilla, lemon and orange rind
2.    Gradually beat in sugar, continue until soft, white and fluffy.
3.    Add egg and beat well.
4.    Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Fold into mixture alternatively with milk
5.    Pour into a well -greased tin and bake.
