Early bird- the word widely used
for the people who wake up early, reach their workplace early and also be the
first in any gathering or event.
Early birds are people with a
natural habit of waking early, and often also going to bed before it gets too
late. You can also call someone who arrives early to events, movies, the airport,
or appointments as an early bird.
Early birds, also called morning
larks, fall into the first category. Most early risers enjoy waking up when the
day is young and tend to fade quickly in the evening hours. Night owls, on the
other hand, tend to rise late and stay up late, since they find they're most
productive during the later hours of the day.
This same study also found that
early birds scored higher when it came to personality traits that
included cooperation and persistence. These positive characteristics among
morning types showed that they tend to be more conscientious and agreeable than
night owls, making them naturally more proactive than reactive.
Coming to birds now, they are
colorful, sing some pretty (if repetitive) songs, perform amazing aerial
tricks, are delicate, fierce, strong, bold, and relatively easy to find and see.
Plus there is an amazing diversity of them. They are all around us and we take
them for granted, but the world would be a sad place without them.
While not all birds will form a
close emotional bond with humans, some do, and they can be very loyal and
affectionate pets. While it hasn't been scientifically proven if birds can love
or not, bird observers can see a bird's affection through their personality and
behavior. He/ She is called an ornithophile - A person who loves
birds; a bird-lover.
