 Music is an art of sound in time that expresses ideas and emotions in significant forms through the elements of rhythm, melody, harmony, and color. the tones or sounds employed, occurring in single line (melody) or multiple lines (harmony), and sounded or to be sounded by one or more voices or instruments, or both.

 Music is called music because of its roots in the Greek language, where it was associated with the divine inspiration of the muses. Over the centuries, music has evolved into many different forms and styles, each with its unique characteristics and cultural influences.

 Our favorite melodies release dopamine, known as the feel-good hormone, which activates our brain's pleasure and reward system. Music can have a positive, immediate impact on our mental state; fast tempos can psychologically and physiologically arouse us, helping energize us for the day.

 Upbeat music can get you up and moving, which boosts your endorphins, accelerates your energy level, and leads to increased productivity. Listening to fast-paced music also increases your heart rate and gets your blood pumping. Before you know it, you'll be ready to tackle anything your day may bring.
