Acts of kindness can make the world a happier place for everyone. They can boost feelings of confidence, being in control, happiness and optimism. They may also encourage others to repeat the good deeds they've experienced themselves – contributing to a more positive community.

 The act of kindness can shower a lot of benefits overall. When we focus on the individual- the one who is rendering the kind act is equal blessed to be active & energetic. The kindness leaves an lasting impact of both physical and mental health of the individual.

 There are numerous research carried out around the world about KINDNESS AND HEALTH. Here rea few samples:

 Kindness Boosts Energy Levels. In Christine Carter PhD's book, Raising Happiness, she demonstrated that participants of a study felt “stronger and more energetic” after helping someone else. Many participants also reported increased feelings of calm and a boost to their self-worth.

 Studies have found that acts of kindness are linked to increased feelings of well-being. Helping others can also improve our support networks and encourage us to be more active. This, in turn, can improve our self-esteem.

 Oxytocin: Lowers blood pressure by dilating your blood vessels. Being kind protects your heart! Cortisol: One of our body's stress hormones that decreases when we act kindly. Lower levels of cortisol mean lower blood pressure and easier weight loss, as high cortisol levels make you hold onto stored abdominal fat.

 Research is showing that people who are kind and compassionate are more content with their lives. They have better physical and mental health and feel less isolated, fostering stronger relationships. Small acts of kindness, such as a smile, or 'hello' can have enormous power.

 Being kind to someone can make their whole day better. It can even change their life! Kindness can become a habit and make a significant difference in your life satisfaction. Being kind releases happy chemicals in your body and makes you happier.
