1. Clarify the butter and cool.
2. Sieve refined flour and corn flour
3. put the eggs and sugar into a large basin and beat over a pan of hot water till thick and creamy.
4. Remove basin from heat
5. Sift about half the flour over the surface of the mixture and fold in lightly.
6. Add the remaining flour in the same way attending with the cooled batter.
7. pour into a greased and lined tin.
8. Bake at 190 °C untill golden brown and firm to touch for about 30 minutes.
