Julie the JACK
Jack is traditionally the masculine form of the name and means "God is
Gracious." However, both Jack and Jac are considered gender-neutral.
Basing on this,
I call our Julie the JACK, Julie is a She –dog.
Why Jack?
The above line
confirms that GOD IS GRACIOUS,- Exactly the Lord has sent Julie –such a precious life for us and she is as gracious as the Lord.
There are many
stories that speaks of her gracious behaviour. She never hurts any body and
more affectionate and kind towards the old and the challenged.
The day Julie entered our lives made us a
complete family. We all showered a lot of care and love on her. But as she grew
up she doubled it on us.
An elder member of our family used to carry
walking stick whenever he goes out. One day he forgot to do that. It was an
early morning time, rest of the family members were sleeping. And not aware
that he went out without the stick.
Julie with her shouts and actions made the
Newspaper delivery boy understand and carry the walking stick and handover it
our family member who usually walks in the nearby park.
One more incident is with our neighbour who is
a visually challenged lady. Whenever she visits us Julie makes sure to be by
her side and guard’s her. Julie will lay before her chair.
Julie will give a shout signal as and when anybody
enters her house and lights on at odd hours. Julie works for both the houses
and she is a symbol of love and grace.
