1. Sieve wheat flour. Mix oil. Add water and salt and prepare a medium stiff dough. Set aside for half an hour.
2. Knead dough again till soft and divide into even sized balls.
3. Roll out in round shapes.
4. Fry poories gently pressing down with a flat spoon in a circular motion.
5. When puffed up turn over till lightly brown on both sides.
6. Drain on paper and serve hot.
